He concurrently holds the position of President Commissioner of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk,  Director of PT Multipolar Tbk, President Commissioner of PT Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk and  Director of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and corporations. Before joining the Company, he served as CFO at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. He also served for 4 years at The Abraaj Group as Director, overseeing various investments in Southeast Asia and 5 years at Northstar Group, a private equity company that focuses on countries in Southeast Asia, where he is involved in several transactions in various sectors, including several financial services and businesses that involve consumers. Previously, he had occupied several positions at Jardine Group, including Astra International, Jardine Motors Group, Jardine Matheson and Federal International Finance.

Currently,  he has served at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk since 2018 with his last position as President Commissioner at PT Multipolar Tbk since 2020 as Director, at PT Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk since 2020 with his last position as President Commissioner and at PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk since 2025 as Director.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Having previously served in the Company as Director of Corporate Finance (2001 – 2009), in 2024 he returned to serve as Commissioner until now, based on the resolution of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 26, 2026.

CONCURRENT POSITION
He concurrently holds the positions of Director of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk and Director of PT Siloam Hospitals Tbk.

WORK EXPERIENCE
He has experience as a Corporate Dealer at PT Bank Bira Tbk (1995-1998), Corporate Finance at Batavia Prosperindo International (1999-2000), and Head of Research at Sucorinvest Central Gani (2000-2001). MERRY MARYATIEDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Tarumanagara University in 1998 and a Master of Management degree from Prasetiya Mulya University in 2023.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Started to join the Company in 2026, serving as an Independent Commissioner, based on the resolution of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 26, 2026, who is also the Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee.

CONCURRENT POSITION
She concurrently holds positions of Commissioner of PT Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk and Director PT Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
She began her professional career at the Public Accounting Firm Arthur Andersen – Prasetio Utomo & Co. from 1999 to 2002, where she held his final position as Senior Auditor. In 2002, she joined PT Multipolar Tbk, initially as IT Business Unit & Accounting Manager (2002 – 2005), then served as Corporate Finance, Accountant and Budgeting Manager (2005 – 2010), Finance Department Head (2010 – 2011), Corporate Finance (2011 – 2012), Finance and Accounting Division Head (2013 – 2018), Finance, Accounting and Tax Group Head (2019 – 2022), and her final position as Group Financial Controller from 2023 until now. In 2025, she served as Commissioner at PT Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk and Director at PT Lenox Pasifik Investama until now.
