Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015

It is hereby announce to the Shareholders of PT Star Pacific Tbk (”the Company”) that the Company will convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“the Meeting”) on Wednesday, May 27th, 2015. The Invitation for the Meeting will be announce on May 5th, 2015 in 2 (two) daily newspapers pursuant to Article 11 paragraph 4 of the Company’s Articles of Association. The Invitation for the Meeting will also be announce in website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa efek Indonesia – BEI) and website of the Company.

Those who are entittled to attend or be represented in the Meeting is the following parties:

(i) For the shares of the Company that have not been put in a collective custody, only Shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders on May 4th, 2015 until 16:00 pm; and

(ii) For the shares of the Company are located in the collective custody, only the Account Holder or the Account Holder Authorization whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders on collective deposit issued by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia – KSEI) on May 4th, 2015 until 16:00 pm.

Persuant to Article 12 Clause 2 Rule of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – OJK) Number 32/POJK.04/2014, the Shareholders whose entitled to propose the agenda of the Meeting shall be 1 (one) Shareholder or more which represent 1/20 (one-twentieth) or more of the total shares with voting rights. Each proposal of the Shareholders will be entered in the agenda of the Meeting if such proposal complies with the provision of Article 10 paragraph 8 of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 12 Rule of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – OJK) No. 32/POJK.04/2014, must be submitted and received by the Board of Directors of the Company at the latest 7 (seven) days before the Invitation for the Meeting on April 28th,2015.
